A group of crows is called a MURDER (like a gaggle of geese or a herd of cattle). These crows are flying through a portal in space and time to deliver a message. Crows are harbingers of news. They are coming from another dimension with a message of tolerance. Change is coming. Will it be good or will it be bad?
Serena Bates is a local Rhode Island sculpture form Westerly. She is typically a bronze and stone carver. This is a special instillation for Sprout.

The Seeing i by Dan Borden, September 2018
Photography has always been about humans using technology to record and interpret what we see.
Most of us use our iPhones to document and share what we see in the real world.
But, rather than being documents of what we see in real life, Dan’s photographs are experiments, using the iPhone 8 Plus camera, to create images unique to how the iPhone can “see” the world; the photos are unedited, with no filters added – we see what the iPhone sees. Viewing the results brings to light the hidden beauty and mystery in the things around us.
Dan Borden is a visual artist working out of his Pawtucket, RI studio. His work has been exhibited in galleries throughout the Northeast, and was selected as a Winner of the 2013 National Photography Competition, exhibited at the Soho Photo Gallery, NYC.
