In Warren This Month:

The Gallery at Sprout Warren (489 Main Street) is showing whimsical ceramic sculptures by artist Ellen Blomgren. Ellen Blomgren is an artist who uses the ceramics medium to tell a story, inspired by a love of wildlife and nature. Her garden creature works interact with the viewer to evoke thought about the earth as our home, animals as our tribe and our accountability to them. More information about her work can be found in our February Gallery Post. The Gallery is open M/W/F from 9am to 1pm for viewers to see the work in person, or by appointment.

Coming Soon:

The Gallery at Sprout Warren will show artwork by Larisa Martino (Larisa Designs) through the month of April. Larisa Martino is an ethnically Russian artist who was born, raised, and educated in Central Asia (a former part of the USSR). She developed a fusion of art styles growing up in a multicultural environment. She is primarily an easel painter creating custom collages, abstract and figurative mixed-media paintings.

Many of her pieces are representations of women – the feminine forms of emotions, moods, and characters. Her art has appeared in numerous galleries including international galleries in Miami, FL, Natick, MA, Rhode Island galleries and graces many walls of private residences and commercial spaces.
