With two locations in Providence and Warren, Sprout CoWorking offers flexible work space, dedicated desks, a local address, shared office, private offices and eight meeting rooms—the best of coworking for an innovative and creative environment. Beyond coworking, members have access to a community of entrepreneurs, creatives, startups, and more—the Sprout community is diverse and filled with individuals in all types of industries.
What is coworking?
Coworking is office and meeting space used by a diverse range of businesses, private individuals and groups, all sharing adjacent offices or desks. It has the benefits of an office—a social environment, a professional location to meet with clients, and the all-important coffee machine and water cooler—as well as an independent and casual nature with options to come in to work occasionally, daily or anything in between to meet members’ needs

How does 24-hour access work?
In Providence, those with a Hot Desk, Brown/Blue Open Office or Private Office membership receive a key fob upon joining Sprout. The electronic key opens the building entrance and the inside door to Sprout, giving 24/7 access to our members. In Warren, members are given an access code for 24/7 access.
Is there parking?
At Sprout’s Providence location members and visitors have access to any of the four Rising Sun Mills campus parking lots around the building. Parking is always free in Providence. In Warren, free street parking is available and there is a free municipal parking lot a block away.
Is there public transportation to Sprout?
In Providence, there is a RIPTA bus line that stops two blocks away (19, 17, 27, 28). There are also Zip Cars available on the premises and the Providence AMTRAK / MBTA train station is less than two miles away. There is also RIPTA service in Warren via the 60.
Can I change my membership type?
Sprout memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. You may cancel or upgrade your memberships at any time, we just ask that you give us a 10-day courtesy notice to make the appropriate changes to your account.
How does Sprout’s mail service work?
All members may use Sprout for their business address. Mail may be picked up or dropped off at the front desk Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you need to send a package, USPS, UPS, and FedEx pick up from the mail room at Rising Sun Mills. Please inquire about any specific requests regarding mail.
What amenities does the Rising Sun Mills campus offer Sprout members?
As a Sprout member, you have access to work and meeting space, coffee, tea, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free parking. The Rising Sun Mills campus provides a riverside picnic area, bike path, scenic walking path, a fitness center and pool table. There is also a yoga studio and a variety of dining choices nearby as well as a Bank of America on Valley Street. Please see more on the Amenities page.
What amenities does the Warren location offer Sprout members?
As a Sprout member, you have access to work and meeting space, coffee, tea, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free parking. The Warren location offers a vibrant Main Street scene with many nearby restaurants, shops and professional services within easy walking distance. Can I live at Sprout?
No. However, you can live in the same building as Sprout at Rising Sun Mills. We would be happy to introduce you to the people who handle leasing of the apartments upstairs.
